This notice describes the current site and its intended correction form. Operator and retention details still need to be completed before real personal information is collected.
Browsing and search
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through usage analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. Directory search and filtering run in your browser. Microsoft and our hosting provider may process technical request information when serving their services.
Correction reports
The preview form uses Netlify Forms to store test reports after server validation. Use fictional test information only. Leave the optional email field blank or use a test address. Reports do not publish automatically.
The intended live purpose is to investigate corrections and, where contact details are supplied, ask for clarification. Do not include passport details, booking references, financial information, medical records or another person’s private information. File uploads are not part of this form.
Details awaiting completion
The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, applicable lawful basis, retention period and deletion process have not yet been supplied. Access responsibilities and the handling of requests about personal information also require confirmation. No retention period or response commitment is claimed here.
Real submissions should remain disabled until these details are provided and this notice is completed for the live service.
