About Airport Facilities
Airport Facilities helps travellers ask the practical questions: where is the facility, can I reach it, and what do I need to check before I travel?
A directory for planning your journey
The directory covers UK airports and six initial facility categories: smoking areas, water refill stations, showers, prayer rooms, luggage storage and accessibility. Our guides explain the planning questions shared across airports.
Independent of airports and airlines
Airport Facilities is an independent directory for travellers. It is not affiliated with any airport or airline, does not operate airport facilities and cannot arrange airport assistance or change a booking. Use the relevant airport, airline or facility provider for those requests.
Research is not a published listing
All supplied airport-facility records remain research, not published facility listings. Even a record with supporting evidence still needs its outstanding details checked and an editor’s approval. Unknown information is not treated as proof that a facility is unavailable.
Who is responsible
The site operator’s legal identity and named editorial contact have not yet been supplied. Those details need to be completed before the public service launches. We do not present invented staff biographies, qualifications or company details.
